Contakids Ouder&Kind cursus (6 lessen)
De ouder- en kindles van Contakids is allereerst, een uur samen ZIJN.
Contakids is een les voor kinderen tussen de 20 maanden en 5 jaar en hun ouders. Papa's, mama's, opa's, oma's, de au-pair of oppas, wees welkom!
Door een speels spel van lichaam, beweging en aanraking ontwikkelen ouders en kinderen een nieuwe communicatielijn. Terwijl je kind zijn motorische vaardigheden en zelfvertrouwen oefent, oefen jij als ouder (nog!) meer te vertrouwen op je kind én in jezelf.
Een pauze in je dag, voor jou en je kind. Om een diepere connectie te vinden tussen jullie beide. De Contakids les is een uur quality time samen, volledig verbonden met elkaar.
Deze ouder&kind les is een actieve bewegingsles waarbij we in een reeks van 6 lessen oefeningen aanleren die zorgen voor een diepere connectie, meer vertrouwen en gegarandeerd groot plezier.
Data: dinsdag 14 mei t/m 25 juni (instromen is mogelijk in les 1 of 2)

The parent and child class of Contakids is first and foremost an hour of BEING together.
Contakids is a class for children between 20 months and 5 years old and their parents. Dads, moms, grandpas, grandmas, the au pair or babysitter, feel welcome!
Through a playful game of body, movement and touch, parents and children develop a new communication channel. While your child practices his motor skills and self-confidence, you as a parent practice trusting your child and yourself (even more!).
A pause in your day, for you and your child. To find a deeper connection between te both of you. The Contakids class is an hour of quality time together, completely connected to each other.
This parent & child class is an active exercise class where we teach exercises in a series of 6 classes that provide a deeper connection, more confidence and guaranteed great fun.
Dates: Tuesday May 14 to June 25 (entry is possible in lesson 1 or 2)
Time: 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM
