Introduction of Ancient Baby Tuina Massage
Tuina (推拿) is a traditional Chinese massage therapy that has been used for centuries to promote health and wellness in all age groups under, especially for babies, which is particular called Xiao’er Tuina (Paediatric Massage). It involves gentle manipulations that help balance energy, boost the immune system, and promote relaxation.
In this workshop, you’ll learn specific Tuina techniques that can help your baby sleep better, reduce colic, ease teething pain, and support healthy growth.
